I purchased an exam prep guide 7/30/08 for a job with the USPS. It cost $89 and I was charged $109 on my credit card. When I called back, they said they forgot to tell me it cost $20 to ship. I have then looked for a job posting with the USPS each month for a year. Every month the online search showed that there was no position within 100 miles of me-and actually none in Washington state.
