not getting free gift
I bought Samsung S5620 mobile on 14/05/10 at Univercell Tiruvarur. I pay advance on 12/05/10 and get the mobile after two days..I ask them about the free gift and they assure me you can get when the product is delivered. After I bought they don't even speak about the free gift and i ask them they promise me to give the free gift after two days. A whole week is gone..and whenever I ask through phone they are not giving any responsible answer...Whether they give the free gift or not..If no means why they put the ad and assure me...Worst customer service ever I had...

Didn't give good service
I have bought a mobile from your stores in Kerala (Cochin). This was the bad experience I have ever got.
One Sunday evening I went to your showroom expecting I will get a good value to my money & I asked your executive about N72 then he showed me the model and told me that it’s the best model in 8000rs. But I was searching for music edition and also I asked your executive about other mobiles which come in 8000Rs range and he told if I want music edition it will come range 10000rs. So I believed his words and purchased N72 mobile.
Then After a week I went to Mobile stores to purchase a mobile for my friend then I asked them for mobile coming in 8000rs rang and I also told my wish about music edition. Then they showed me different types and companies of mobile coming in that range (One model was Nokia 5220 music edition cost-7900 & my mobile I purchased with 7800rs). So you can Imagine my frustration as I purchased old model mobile with the cost of new model.
In UniverCell they would have showed me different mobiles to choose. And after 10 days I went back to your showroom to exchange my N72. Then the experience was very very hurting your executives were talking to me as I don’t even know about mobiles they were just telling that N72 which I purchased is the best mobile in that cost which means you can understand.

Motorola w181 used piece sale
I planned to purchase one basic mobile for additional use, i gone for Univercell Mobile sale center, Bus stand Br, Erode, Tamil Nadu, as per their aadi sale offer i expected LG mobile but they promote another Motorola w181 Model, i asked for fresh new piece, they one piece as new piece, when try use that piece i found battery complaint and incoming ear voice complaint and hand up problem, i never checked on that time, i gone for trip to north when i came back to Erode i gone back to replacement they refused to take and directed to service, i think they are selling buy back pieces or defect piece - instead of return to factory they blamed over customer, ... better i am suggesting for Mobile store other...center for Mb purchase ...

Handset replacement problem!
This is to inform you that I had purchased one Nokia model handset- 6101 on 7th Nov 2005 from Univercell, Chennai. The model considered to be a failure model was revealed to me only after i had started having problems in the handset. The handset was given for servicing thrice but was returned back to me in the same condition.
Finally, I had my handset given to the Nokia Professional Centre at Anna Salai, Chennai on 7 Nov 2006. Though I was promised a replacement for the handset, since the handset was under warranty, till date, I was not issued a new handset and the service center people only keep promising things that the replacement should reach in a week's time.
The response of the floor managers- Vinod @ 9940071370 is all pathetic and failure of these personnel at their jobs results only in further frustration for people like me.
