I bought Samsung S5620 mobile on 14/05/10 at Univercell Tiruvarur. I pay advance on 12/05/10 and get the mobile after two days..I ask them about the free gift and they assure me you can get when the product is delivered. After I bought they don't even speak about the free gift and i ask them they promise me to give the free gift after two days. A whole week is gone..and whenever I ask through phone they are not giving any responsible answer...Whether they give the free gift or not..If no means why they put the ad and assure me...Worst customer service ever I had... read full review »
