I had 4 charges on my account in the amount of $9.95 each. When the first two appeared I contacted the company to find out what the charges were for (subsequently finding out that they are an dial up internet provider, which I cannot use, not only do I have internet through my cable company but do not have a landline in my home) and then informed them that these were fraudulent charges, proven by the fact that the accounts were not under my name and were not linked to my only phone number...to no avail; I was then charged again. I then went to my bank, they called, after an hour on the phone they finally agreed to cancel the accounts but refused to refund the charges even knowing that these were fraudulent; in other words, as long as they are collecting $$, they don't care who or why. Beware, this is not a reputable company and good luck getting someone who speaks english or who has the desire to help or do the right thing. Luckily I have a good bank and a committed bank employee who took all the steps necessary to block any further charges as I was not convinced after our phone calls that these charges would not occur again.
