I had 4 charges on my account in the amount of $9.95 each. When the first two appeared I contacted the company to find out what the charges were for (subsequently finding out that they are an dial up internet provider, which I cannot use, not only do I have internet through my cable company but do not have a landline in my home) and then informed them that these were fraudulent charges, proven by the fact that the accounts were not under my name and were not linked to my only phone number...to no avail; I was then charged again.
