I ordered one of the cd racks from www.upperfurniture.com on Feb 2, 2010 but has never recieved them. I then asked them few times about what is the status at ~ 40 days. They eventually said there are some problems at the custom and it will need 2 more weeks. Paypal only accept refund within 45 days but I gave them a chance. I asked them for a tracking number but there was no response on this. The product didn't come after the 2 wks. I email them again after 2 wks but no response was received other than one email saying that they will check on it. I then email them many times for a refund and stated that I will report to related association if they don’t do so, they basically has no response other than saying that I’m threaten them. They simply took $187US away from me without sending me the product.
