I ordered one of the cd racks from www.upperfurniture.com on Feb 2, 2010 but has never recieved them. I then asked them few times about what is the status at ~ 40 days. They eventually said there are some problems at the custom and it will need 2 more weeks. Paypal only accept refund within 45 days but I gave them a chance. I asked them for a tracking number but there was no response on this. The product didn't come after the 2 wks.
