We entered into the relocation services with the above company for door to door relocation services from Singapore to Toronto. All the amount was paid and then the goods was shipped on 17th Jan 2011. The person in charge calls on 18th Jan and informed that the goods was 600cu.ft when loaded. But the earlier agreement was for 300cu.ft. The excess volume of goods was loaded without our permission and the service provider demanded for additional money of S$2000. We agreed to pay upon providing to us the bill of lading. But the service provider did not produce the bill of lading and is not sending us any proof of loading the goods. He sent one booking confirmtion which seems to be fraud. Inspite of several emails and phone calls there is no response from them. We transferred S$500 and informed that additional S$1500 will be transferred upon receiving of the goods. But no information from the company. We are quite worried about our goods now.
