We entered into the relocation services with the above company for door to door relocation services from Singapore to Toronto. All the amount was paid and then the goods was shipped on 17th Jan 2011. The person in charge calls on 18th Jan and informed that the goods was 600cu.ft when loaded. But the earlier agreement was for 300cu.ft.
