I had 2 horrible experiences here and will not be back.
I have been a client of theirs for over 5 years and when I
arrived with my dogs on a Saturday morning I was told that their was no appointment made even though I called on Thursday. Shannon could not have been mre rude and told me that there was nothing she could do because people make mistakes even though it turned out to be her mistake! She then told me to get out of the business! She refused to give me the ownners number or email as well. Also, 6 months ago I was checking in and heard one of the staff in back yell "shut the f up" and bang on a cage. When I asked the girl at the desk waht thad happened she got all flustered and ran to the back.I am actually a buyer for 3 day spas and this as far from a spa experience as it comes!
