I had 2 horrible experiences here and will not be back. I have been a client of theirs for over 5 years and when I arrived with my dogs on a Saturday morning I was told that their was no appointment made even though I called on Thursday. Shannon could not have been mre rude and told me that there was nothing she could do because people make mistakes even though it turned out to be her mistake!
