On Wednesday, March 2, 2011, I mailed a package from Portland, Maine to Austin Texas via priority mail. The package arrived at it's destination, however, it had been tampered with. The package originally contained a cookbook, but when received by the recipient on March 5, 2011, it had obviously been opened and retaped and in place of the cookbook was a printer cartridge. Obviously, there is theft going on in the U.S. Postal Service, and I am bringing it to your attention
