I just received my bill from Verizon for mobile phone on my bill there was a charge for 9.99 I called Verizon to find out what this charge was for I was told it was a third party charge. I had to put #51721 and write cancel this was done on July 26, 2010. I received my bill on July 25, 2010.
I just called this # 1877-661-1136 and spoke to a person Whitney who was very rude I tried to explain that I was in the hospital July 8 for a couple of weeks and I did not request this service therefore I would like a $9.99 credit
Ms. Whitney told me she could not give me a credit and that since I paid for this service she could help me to down load ring tones I kept telling her I did not order this service and want a refund she did not want to hear about it. I ask for a supervisor whom she refused to put on. Ms Whitney also said well if you called to cancel then you ask for this service I tried to tell her I did not even know about this ringtonetop.com service till I received the bill and that is how I got the company us ringtonetop.com phone number To me this is a scam I being charge for something I did not order
