I just received my bill from Verizon for mobile phone on my bill there was a charge for 9.99 I called Verizon to find out what this charge was for I was told it was a third party charge. I had to put #51721 and write cancel this was done on July 26, 2010. I received my bill on July 25, 2010. I just called this # 1877-661-1136 and spoke to a person Whitney who was very rude I tried to explain that I was in the hospital July 8 for a couple of weeks and I did not request this service therefore I would like a $9.99 credit Ms. Whitney told me... read full review »
