I have a credit account with you. I did charge some things on it, however, I need to pay this bill, but you took money out of my account without my knowledge and it caused a lot of problems with my account. If you are going to debit my account, you must have my permission first. I have had a lot of medical problems recently and need any amount of money I have for those. Please look into this. I would be very willing to set up payments with you, but do not take money from my account without my knowledge. I cannot help the circumstances I am in at this point medically and do not have the time or energy to deal with this all the time. I have cut up the card, so I do not have my card number. I cannot pay this amount and would like at least part of it refunded. As I did not know about the debit, I had paid other bills which were paid, but I was charged $35 each for Non sufficient funds due to your debit.
