I have a credit account with you. I did charge some things on it, however, I need to pay this bill, but you took money out of my account without my knowledge and it caused a lot of problems with my account. If you are going to debit my account, you must have my permission first. I have had a lot of medical problems recently and need any amount of money I have for those. Please look into this.
