So i got my monthly phone bill today (4-20-2009). I opened it up and looked at how much was due and put it down. Thought about it, looked bill over again and noticed an extra page with charges totalling 15.22 from Mainstreet telephone company (USBI). I have no idea what this is for i have never seen it before. I called the 1-888-480-8724 number listed in the corner and surprisingly was put right through. I spoke with a "Tony" and asked him what this charge was for and he stated that my fiancee had ordered a calling card online, I told him no she didn't and he offered a refund ( way too easily, i might add)and i had to ask for a confirmation number. So we will see what happens. Has any body else had to deal with these douchbags? Is this normal practice for AT&T to let these things happen to their customers???
