So i got my monthly phone bill today (4-20-2009). I opened it up and looked at how much was due and put it down. Thought about it, looked bill over again and noticed an extra page with charges totalling 15.22 from Mainstreet telephone company (USBI). I have no idea what this is for i have never seen it before. I called the 1-888-480-8724 number listed in the corner and surprisingly was put right through.
