masquerades as official USPS site
Website masquerades as the official USPS website for changing postal mailing addresses via internet. The actual USPS does have such a website, which charges customers $1.00 for the transaction. I used google to locate the USPS site; this was the first one displayed. I entered my data and provided my credit card info - which the "real" USPS reqires for the $1 charge for the service, and my e-mail address, which USPS also requires. My first clue that I had been conned was an e-mail from Scott Keever, not the USPS, that my credit card was being charged for the service. It is possible that by using the address data I supplied, Mr.Keever - probably not his real name - provided the data to USPS at the cost of $1.00. If he did not, what he did was larceny by trick. If he did, this is still fraud. I do not know how to attach his e-mail to this complaint. I reported to my credit card co. and confirmed that the charge had hit my account,
