Website masquerades as the official USPS website for changing postal mailing addresses via internet. The actual USPS does have such a website, which charges customers $1.00 for the transaction. I used google to locate the USPS site; this was the first one displayed. I entered my data and provided my credit card info - which the "real" USPS reqires for the $1 charge for the service, and my e-mail address, which USPS also requires.
