On 1/5/09 Chad Schoenberg contacted me via phone to sell my timeshare. I told him I had already had bad experiences with different ones and all of them will not answer the phone once they get your money and you never hear from them again. He guaranteed me he could sell this within 90 days. I was hesitant because I had been taken 4 previous times. He gave me his private phone number and really gave me the sales pitch that it would be sold. He kept wanting the credit card number and I clearly told him I didn't want to give out any money until I had read the contract.
Oh, you will receive the contract tomorrow and you besure to call me when you receive the contract. Well, the money was taken, but no contract has ever been rec'd. I've repeatedly tried calling them and no answer.
