On 1/5/09 Chad Schoenberg contacted me via phone to sell my timeshare. I told him I had already had bad experiences with different ones and all of them will not answer the phone once they get your money and you never hear from them again. He guaranteed me he could sell this within 90 days. I was hesitant because I had been taken 4 previous times. He gave me his private phone number and really gave me the sales pitch that it would be sold.
