complete bull
I worked for VA America, any money collected went for the VA appraisal. that is non refundable because the appraiser needs to get paid. The house selected probably did not appraise or you lied about your credit to him. VA America was always separate from the VA and was never lied about. hundreds of vets got loans from him. he did business all over the country I am sorry your loan did not work out, but vets historically have bad credit. Money was not maid if the loan did not go threw. Mr POPP has fought in 3 wars and does his best to help other vets, How shameful to slander him like this on the internet. Just admit you lied about your credit or the house did not appraise and you wanted the 300 dollars back for the appraisal. It could not be refunded because the appraiser needed to be paid. You got mad and took your anger here on the internet. shame on you

Loan scams!
Terrence Popp from VAAmerica tried to pass himself off as a veterans rep from the government. He said he could get me a home loan at the best rate, backed by the Government because I was A vet. He told me he was a vet and would look out for my best interest. HE LIED! Mr. Popp took my deposit, screwed up the loan paper work, then kept my money. He told me he didn't have the money to pay me back and tried to blame the Government. When I called the real VA, they told me they are aware of MR. Popps loan scams and that he doesn't represent the real VA.
