I worked for VA America, any money collected went for the VA appraisal. that is non refundable because the appraiser needs to get paid. The house selected probably did not appraise or you lied about your credit to him. VA America was always separate from the VA and was never lied about. hundreds of vets got loans from him. he did business all over the country I am sorry your loan did not work out, but vets historically have bad credit.
