VACAZON rented us a home for our group, also present it as a "luxury home". Upon arrival of our group, the air conditioning did not work, the electricity did not work, and the house was in need of much repair. We had 10 people and it was too late to look anywhere else, and so our group stayed, but despite all the accommodations we made - at the end of our stay, even after a walk through, the company told us they were staying with our deposit of $1000. This is the worst experience we have ever had with a rental company, and really feel that they misrepresent themselves, their product, and overall they are scam artists. DO NOT USE this company, or you will really regret it.

VACAZON rented us a home in Miami Beach presenting it as a luxury home. This was farthest from the truth. Upon arrival, we were dismayed at the condition of the home: no hot water, half the electric switches did not work, the pool was filthy, broken kitchen cabinets, pubic hair on supposedly clean sheets, no air-conditioning in certain parts of the house, generally filthy, run-down, and the owners junk everywhere. Luckily we were able to have returned most of our money. However, VACAZON kept $1, 000. This was truly a scam. VACAZON figures either you will stay and suffer through it or they will negotiate with you and keep some of your money. The home is located on 3541 Flamingo, Miami Beach, Florida. VACAZON presents stunning pictures of the home. I have a video that shows otherwise. There is another complaint on this web-site. Someone named Ariel M. usualy answers these posted complaints stating that VACAZON is a great company. She works for them. Call them and listen to their directory.
