VACAZON rented us a home for our group, also present it as a "luxury home". Upon arrival of our group, the air conditioning did not work, the electricity did not work, and the house was in need of much repair. We had 10 people and it was too late to look anywhere else, and so our group stayed, but despite all the accommodations we made - at the end of our stay, even after a walk through, the company told us they were staying with our deposit of $1000.
