I was promised a $50 Walmart gift card for trying Value Plus. I received a letter which told me to logon to Valu Plus to receive my gift card, , but did not find a log on area on the www.valueplusonline.com page and therefore was unable to collect the $50 Walmart gift certificate.

After reading all these post I am so determined to get my money back!!! I recently received a bounce check notice and looked at my account and could not understand why. My rent check bounced due to a charge of $24.95 I received from some 800 number company that I had no clue as to what it was. There was not even a name listed. I contacted the number and was told that I had purchased something in December and that I authorized this by a recording. I was like I authorized what??? They could not tell me what I purchased. I also informed them I have not been getting anything monthly to justify these charges. I had then referred back to my bank statement and seen the charges since January of this year. Never noticed before because I did not have any issues with the checking account. In addition, in December I was going through a divorce and there is no way I would authorize such a thing. They sent me a vague letter that I gave them my cc# and that authorized Value Plus to charge me. Charge me for what? I am not getting anything or ever go anything. To say the least I am having my attorney handle this issue. I was charge two NSF fees and now I have to pay my rent with certified funds. Talk about angered and embarassed!!!

There is no website as indicated on my trial membership letter. The specfic website given: www.valueplusonline.com/open/form/50 does not exsist. I was suppose to recieve my 50$ gift card to walmart from their. This is the only reason I took the trial offer. My trial period is over in 16 days on 8/18/210. So I will cancel my membership as of right now. Hopefully they do not "accidently look over my cancelation" and illegally charge me for this "coupon" service. I should've just said no when i was ordering over the phone. It should be illegal to bribe people with false claims.

I would like to cancel the service for Value Plus and Fun Source Monthly (same address) that has been charged on my credit card. I cannot get into www.programstop.com to fill out the cancellation form.

I have an unautherized charge of $1.95 code 3074669354 as of 4/11/2010 and a charge of $24.95 code 3134453844 as of 5/14/2010 on my creditcard.
I request the money be credited back to my account, will contact the Better Business Bureau.
