After reading all these post I am so determined to get my money back!!! I recently received a bounce check notice and looked at my account and could not understand why. My rent check bounced due to a charge of $24.95 I received from some 800 number company that I had no clue as to what it was. There was not even a name listed. I contacted the number and was told that I had purchased something in December and that I authorized this by a recording. I was like I authorized what??? They could not tell me what I purchased.
