I bought a vanilla visa card over the summer so I could buy some cd's on eBay. I went to the website and registered the card because it needs tone registered with a name and address to be used with eBay. When doing the form, there seemed to also be a replacement card button. I first pressed the right button to submit my contact info but somehow, (pressed the mouse various times) I pressed that I had a lost or stolen card. Well, obviously, this is not true so I immediate inthe moment called the company to tell them I didn't need the replacement. They said they could do nothing to stop the process but I wouldn't be issued a reinsurane fee. I waited (it was supposed to be like only 2 weeks of waiting) but I got nothing. I called the number onthe back but because my card doesn't work, I can't get passed the initial machine processes of the call. Since then I have called various numbers and have tried at least 10 times to reach someone. I have no idea what to do. Somone please give me an address or a number where I can get this fixed.
