I bought a vanilla visa card over the summer so I could buy some cd's on eBay. I went to the website and registered the card because it needs tone registered with a name and address to be used with eBay. When doing the form, there seemed to also be a replacement card button. I first pressed the right button to submit my contact info but somehow, (pressed the mouse various times) I pressed that I had a lost or stolen card.
