I have never posted a complaint about anything before, but i felt that my experience with this company was so terrible i had to tell people about it. i ordered gold and i was told the product was in stock. the site says delivery in 30 min for in-stock and 2 hours for out of stock. i ended up waiting over 72 hours and contacting customer service 6 different times before i just canceled my order. every time i spoke with someone they told me i had to wait longer. on the final day i contacted customer service in the morning and i was told that by evening it will be ready. i had not received an email all day (which is what they are supposed to do when your order is ready) so i logged back onto the customer service line only to have someone else say my order was not ready and that i "failed" to pick up the order when it was ready so they distributed the gold to other customers.

they never contacted me once and this was apparently my fault. after i canceled the order i found out that it will take 12-24 hours for them to refund my money when it only took them 10 minutes to take it.

i am very upset and extremely unsatisfied with this company. STAY AWAY!
