I have never posted a complaint about anything before, but i felt that my experience with this company was so terrible i had to tell people about it. i ordered gold and i was told the product was in stock. the site says delivery in 30 min for in-stock and 2 hours for out of stock. i ended up waiting over 72 hours and contacting customer service 6 different times before i just canceled my order. every time i spoke with someone they told me i had to wait longer. on the final day i contacted customer service in the morning and i was told that by... read full review »
