I have literally just been into the Salford branch of Macdonalds and ordered three meals one of which had to be vegetarian, as it was a vege deli sandwich. It wasn't! to my horror only after taking a bite! I immediately phoned the branch to complain and I had the manager treating me like an idiot trying to convince me on the telephone it wasnt meat! I was so shocked that we drove back to the branch where I asked for the head offices number, a refund and the managers name. She was quite curt never once offered an apology and stood sneering at me as I tried to explain the extent of my distress at being given animal flesh. She just said in a cocky tone "not a problem" to which I replied but it is a problem so she just shrugged her shoulders. Her name was Jo, and having been a manger myself I found her rude, ignorant and very common indeed not what anyone would expect from a manager whatsoever.
Disgusted, offended and never setting foot in the place again they are ridiculous.
