I have literally just been into the Salford branch of Macdonalds and ordered three meals one of which had to be vegetarian, as it was a vege deli sandwich. It wasn't! to my horror only after taking a bite! I immediately phoned the branch to complain and I had the manager treating me like an idiot trying to convince me on the telephone it wasnt meat! I was so shocked that we drove back to the branch where I asked for the head offices number, a refund and the managers name.
