For Christmas I was given a gift certificate from my son and daughter in-law worth of $500.00 for services at the above named business. I have tried calling on numerous occasions, however, have not been able to get anyone to answer their phone. When calling smart card I was told by one of your customer service reps to decide on another spa and they would change it over. Unfortunately, none of the other spas offer anything close to what this package offered and due to the nature of this service, I don't go just anywhere for a massage. I would like to receive the $75.00 which was paid for this package and use this somewhere that I am familar with and is close to my house. Please let me know if this is a possibility.
