For Christmas I was given a gift certificate from my son and daughter in-law worth of $500.00 for services at the above named business. I have tried calling on numerous occasions, however, have not been able to get anyone to answer their phone. When calling smart card I was told by one of your customer service reps to decide on another spa and they would change it over.
