My husband wanted a blackberry phone and he like the touch screen of the Storm. He has been so dispointed in this phone. Never been able to get text on it. Worked with tech support at Verizon for hours, several different times and still not able to get them. Alot of the time, he can not answer the phone when it rings, because it is working on who knows what. Verizon messed around with us on trying to fix the text thing and then all of sudden when I call they say well the warranty is out now and there is nothing that can be done, but you are eligable for an early upgrade if you are interested. About a month later we go to see about doing that and now they tell us that if we want to do the early upgrade that there is a $20 charge to do this. Verizon messed around with us on this until the phone was out of warranty, then they tell us we can upgrade and then when we decide to do this to get rid of this phone there is another fee for this. We are to the point with this phone that if we can't do anything with it that when our contract is out, we are considering switching mobile companies. We were with Alltel for other and then when they merged we became Verizon. Loyality doesn't matter with these big companies. They get you a contract and then they jab you every chance they get.
