My husband wanted a blackberry phone and he like the touch screen of the Storm. He has been so dispointed in this phone. Never been able to get text on it. Worked with tech support at Verizon for hours, several different times and still not able to get them. Alot of the time, he can not answer the phone when it rings, because it is working on who knows what.
