lies lies lies
Agent "Chris" was more than happy to sell me new phone and wireless service. I was ASSURED that everything would be in order before I left the store. Service was transferred from Sprint. I was Lied to and the service I needed is still not in place.
International calling (also advertised in brochure) was a must due to family living there. Per agent, no problem, also shows on sales slip. When I tried calling my parents, had no service. Must have 90 days of service with Verizon to qualify. After talking to several agents finally got access for outbound calling but nothing else. Paying $1.49 per minute instead of the 7 cents the agent/and brochure promissed. Per phone rep, can't do anything for you, have to wait 3 months.
Agent "Chris" informed us that the service with Sprint for phone and data card was cancelled by him, however, Sprint states, nothing was done. Still getting Bills from Sprint for Data Card. Thanks Chris!
Agent "Chris" informed us that Verizon has a small window antenna to boost signal in the country. When I went back to get this the sales person told me that there is no such thing.
When I filed for the rebate on the data card and phone, received a card stating "Not eligible". Thanks Verizon
for the lies you told me and the lack of Service I received so far. None of your phone agents want to do anything about my complaints and the store is 45 minutes away. Agent "Chris" personal phone number doesn't even accept messages.
