went into verizon store in massapequa new york to have one verizon phone transfered to another allinformatio to be installed including photos and video one tech told me nothing would be lost .Guess what my photos and video of my grandaughter learning to swim playing with my grandsons and all around beautiful tines were on this phone talk and laughs with my grandaughter who is 5 going on 35 healthy and smart .If she wasnt around at times I would view video of her learning to swim in our pool or just talking and watching her grow.
