I've been working with Victorian Finance for three months trying to refinance a sub prime loan. The representative from day one said that He was the only one that could put the loan through. Prior we had be working with Residential Home Loan Centers of Pikesville, MD to get a quote.

Victorian was made aware from day one that we needed an additional 10, 000 cash out. After reviewing, asking for a reply, the rep from Victorian was rude, arrogant, and denied my request for funding! It was denied because I pointed out that at the closing there would be no cash out. He lied to me, and now, I'm made to be the culprit...Don't do business with. They are deceptive, unethical and liars!
