I've been working with Victorian Finance for three months trying to refinance a sub prime loan. The representative from day one said that He was the only one that could put the loan through. Prior we had be working with Residential Home Loan Centers of Pikesville, MD to get a quote. Victorian was made aware from day one that we needed an additional 10, 000 cash out.
