I recently ordered business cards. When they arived I noticed that all 500 of them had a white stripe on the left or right of each card (my cards are red in color so easy to notice) I have been going back and forth with their "customer service" and when I finally emailed them a picture they admitted that they made a mistake. Then I asked if they were going to reprint them, they said that they were sorry but that they could not do that! I'm very upset with the service, it's ok to make a mistake as everyong does, but when you fail to make it right that's just plain wrong.
