I recently ordered business cards. When they arived I noticed that all 500 of them had a white stripe on the left or right of each card (my cards are red in color so easy to notice) I have been going back and forth with their "customer service" and when I finally emailed them a picture they admitted that they made a mistake. Then I asked if they were going to reprint them, they said that they were sorry but that they could not do that!
