I ordered an acai berry product and paid the shipping and handling as required. I was later charged $24.95 which was taken off my debit card by vit live lean. I did not order anything from them. This is a scam and I want my money back.

cAN'T TELL YOU WHAT CATEGORY THIS IS BECAUSE I NEVER ASKED FOR IT. I PICKED HEALTH AND BEAUTY BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE

ALL OF A SUDDEN i AM BEING BILLED $24.95 EACH MONTH FOR NOTHING. I CANNOT CONTACT THEM BECAUSE THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS ALWAYS BUSY.
ALL I CAN DO IS LEAVE THIS COMPLAINT.

WILL I GET A RESPONSE?

i ordered a which was suspose to be a free trail of colon cleanse.later turned out to be a scam.i called and cancelled and also asked them about can they refund me my money because i was still within the time frame of cancelling the rep then informed me the trail started the day i called. the prduct took a week in half to get to me by the time i decided it didnt work and called them three days later theyu had charged my card 89.00 and another charge i didnt know bout of 2.97. i then question them about the vita lean boucher and adviced them that this better not go on my credit card because i didnt sign up for it they told me i wouldnt have a problem as long as i didnt activate it by internet i then told them again i didnot ask for this program i hope this is not one of your scams. and just as show it was my account was billed24.95 for a program i did not sign up for never called and gave a yes to sign me up i think its wrong unfair and unjust i work hard for my money and dont apprieciate being scamed out of it .i want my money back i am suffering and it is very heartbreaking! my email is [email protected]

I have tried contacting this company and keep getting a busy tone they have taken out $5.95 from my acct and I never received the product, then they took $24.95 from acct, they are using my credit card but I been wanting to cancel due to not receiving the product and now I don't care to because I feel this compnay is a scam.

NOTICED WITHDRAWAL FROM MY CHECKING ACCT BY THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS COMPANY AND HAVE NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THEM.
