Ordered via phone one (1) Vita Grass kit for $10.00 plus $7.95 shipping and processing. The automated phone ordering system is cumbersome and makes SEVERAL attempts to 'upsell' on more of the same item as well as multiple, various offers of products and services from third-parties. I clearly stated my preference for ONLY 1 unit, which should have totaled $17.95. I received my online bank statement with a charge from this company for $25.90. I called the company and COULD NOT get a live person in the 5 times I called! They have an 'endless' automated answering system and no option for a live person or operator. There is no email listed on their site and when I try to contact via their phone ordering system though customer service, am on hold for well over 10-15 minutes. I have not been able to make any contact with this company to address my issue of over billing and a delivery time of well over 1 month(Still hasn't arrived)
