The automated phone ordering system is cumbersome and makes SEVERAL attempts to 'upsell' on more of the same item as well as multiple, various offers of products and services from third-parties. I clearly stated my preference for ONLY 1 unit, which should have totaled $17.95. I received my online bank statement with a charge from this company for $25.90.
