On 03/17/2006, I prepaid 3828.00 towards a 10, 360.00 implant bill. I spoke with a friend of a friend who advised me that I should go to a reputable dentist and not Vitaldent. I really didn't understand why, but in any case, of the 3828.00 paid to them, they provided only 1240.00 worth of services before I decided to find another dentist specializing in implants. To date I am owed 2788.00 from 01/09/2007. I have attempted to collect the money owned to me from their office manager Padrick then numerous other people and now the accounts payable person Khan, who refuses to return my calls and emails.
I have no other option, but to seek legal action
