Placed an order 2/5/11 and asked for no backorders. Never heard and when inquiring they said things were on backorder. I have requested many times to get a refund. It is almost 2 months now! They have no customer service, don't answer phones emails. They are going by different names and have 5 or more websites. vitanet.com, myvitanet.com, mothernature.com, 2.myvitanet.com & more. Don't get scammed by these people. The register of all the domain names is Whitney Anderson.
