I financed a car with VNB in 2004. I was set to pay off the loan in December 2009, but they never sent out the final payment amount statement as stated in the loan documentation. They said there was a problem with my address and the final bill did not reach me. However, their collections department had NO PROBLEM with my address when they stuck me with delinquency charges.

The staff is useless and could not care less about the complete incompetence of their organization. All I got for my time was an even higher payoff amount.

DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE. The person I spoke to admitted to me that they are a mom & pop operation without the electronic capabilities of a real bank. I wanted to pay electronically and the woman laughed. I was also told I will probably get another bill to cover the interest accrued between today and the day they receive my final payment payment.

BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL BE SCREWED. They have other complaints on this site as well.
